RECAP | March 16-23

This week we spent plenty of time with each other, mostly outside enjoying the warm weather before the rain got here today! I finally decided to put the kiddos on a schedule to help them stay occupied while I get some work done. It has been better but not COMPLETELY successful. lol. What can I say they love to be involved with their moma! A  bright side to giving them a to-do list is my house seems to be a lot cleaner. Hopefully, this process will help teach these kids responsibility and that working hard has great rewards! Enjoy this weeks blog, friends!

RECAP | March 2-9

This weekend was a weekend for the books!! I am still in AWE on how great everything went and feeling so so so grateful to have had each one of y'all there, vendors and shoppers! When I started this event in 2015 in my backyard, it was just a tiny dream that I gave to the Lord and said if you will help me do this , I promise to give you ALL THE GLORY.It is only because of him that I am able to do this. It always amazes me when I look back at each event and I can see his hand in everything. One thing God has taught me through this amazing journey, is its not just about antiques and vintage, its about making a way to be able to bring people together. Our goal at Vintage Pickin', is to create an environment full of happiness and encouragement. We hope when you are at Vintage Pickin', you can laugh and have fun like you haven't in years, get inspired, and make new friends and memories that last a lifetime. We hope whether you are a Vendor, Shopper, or Staff Worker you leave each event, not with just a Trunk full of Treasures but you with a full heart and a renewed spirit!

We stayed at such an amazing Airbnb this week, we were so excited when we got there and seen all the beautiful colors through out the house. Perfect for this week. If you are looking for a fun, happy get away house... THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!

I had a Vision for this backdrop and kept going back and forth between metal and wood letters, finally I decided Wood Letters would complete the look I was going for and had almost NO TIME left before we left for South Carolina. I found 48HourMonogram in PERFECT timing. They did an excellent job on my sign! I couldn't be more excited about the outcome!

We had a Meet and Greet the night before Vintage Pickin' started and ordered a charcuterie board from The Farehouse! IT WAS SO GOOD!!

I also wanted to give a big thank you to my friends and family who go above and beyond to make Vintage Pickin' possible! I love you all so much!!!!
